Confirm a vendor proposal

POST/api/w/:wid/vendor-proposals/:pid/confirm

Owners, and not the owner who proposed it. Someone alone in their workspace confirms their own as a separate step, recorded as such. Proposals lapse after seven days. Only now is the vendor called: OpenAI deletes the key, Anthropic sets it inactive, OpenRouter disables it, Ramp unsuspends the card. A vendor refusal marks the proposal failed with the reason.

Session cookie

A signed-in person: the console's session cookie. Every state-changing request also carries the header x-immiscible-csrf: 1, and the member's role decides what it may do. Bearer tokens are ignored on these routes, so no machine credential can reach them.
