Sync a vendor now

POST/api/w/:wid/discovery/:vendor/sync

Owners and admins. Asks the vendor what exists, records new items with a fresh dsc_ id, refreshes the rest, and marks anything the vendor no longer lists as gone. The policy then applies to new keys.

Session cookie

A signed-in person: the console's session cookie. Every state-changing request also carries the header x-immiscible-csrf: 1, and the member's role decides what it may do. Bearer tokens are ignored on these routes, so no machine credential can reach them.
