The gateway’s evidence for a period and risk tier (default high), for the people who write the compliance file. For agents and governance, use the bundle.

#Authentication

Workspace key, admin scope

A gateway key issued with the admin scope, sent as Authorization: Bearer. An inference-scoped key gets 403 here.
