Add a personal agent

POST/api/w/:wid/personal/agents

The owner of a personal workspace. Registers the agent, gives it a monthly payment mandate that asks above askAbove (default 2,500 pence) and for any new merchant, issues its key (in the answer once) and, with card, binds its own card on the issuer rail.

#Authentication

Session cookie

A signed-in person: the console's session cookie. Every state-changing request also carries the header x-immiscible-csrf: 1, and the member's role decides what it may do. Bearer tokens are ignored on these routes, so no machine credential can reach them.
