To be plain about what these numbers are: the server checks itself every 5 minutes, asking its database to answer and confirming its schema is current, and records the result. A check that never happened, because the service was down or restarting, counts against it. It is not an outside monitor: it cannot see a problem between you and us, in DNS, the network or the edge in front of the service. We do not run an external monitor yet.
