There is no one-click NetSuite connection, and its card under **Settings**, **Connections** says **On request**.

NetSuite's REST web services do support OAuth 2.0, but not as a sign-in any customer can complete alone: a NetSuite administrator first enables the OAuth 2.0 feature, sets up a role with the right permissions, and creates an integration record for the application in their own account ([Oracle: authorization code grant](https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/netsuite/ns-online-help/section_158074210415.html), [admin setup](https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/netsuite/ns-online-help/section_157771281570.html)). Token-based authentication needs the same setup. So we do it with you, on a call.

Until then, the chargeback export downloads a **NetSuite journal entry CSV** (one journal per month and dimension, debits equal to credits, your account names and subsidiary), ready for NetSuite's CSV import: `GET /api/w/:wid/finance/chargebacks.csv?format=netsuite`.
